According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, the CHG meeting will be attended by the prime ministers of Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, the Vice President of Iran, and the foreign ministers of Pakistan and India.

In addition to SCO member states, the prime ministers of Mongolia, Bahrain, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, and Turkmenistan, as well as heads of various international and regional organizations, will participate. These include the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), and the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

During his address, the Deputy Prime Minister will outline Pakistan’s position on major regional and global issues and present proposals aimed at strengthening the SCO for the benefit of the region.
