Rupee Strengthens by 0.07% Against US Dollar in Early Interbank Trading

In the interbank market on Monday, the rupee appreciated by 0.07% against the US dollar during early trading hours. The rupee strengthened by 19 paisa, reaching 280.43 per dollar. Last week as well, the rupee gained 10 paisa against the dollar, closing at 280.62.

Internationally, the US dollar remained stable; however, trading volume in Asia stayed low, and the yen weakened to 156.71 per dollar in the morning session.
