Gold and Silver Prices Fall in Global and Local Markets

Gold and silver prices declined in both global and local markets on Thursday.

According to sources, gold in the international bullion market fell by 8 dollars to 4,832 dollars per ounce. Due to this decline in international prices, gold prices also dropped in the local market. The price of gold per tola decreased by 800 rupees to 505,562 rupees, while the price of ten grams of gold fell by 686 rupees to 433,437 rupees.

It is worth noting that on Wednesday, the price of gold per tola surged by a sharp 12,700 rupees and crossed the 500,000-rupee mark for the first time in the country’s history, reaching 506,362 rupees.

Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola also declined by 30 rupees to 9,903 rupees.
