Gold and silver prices recorded a notable increase in both international and local markets on Wednesday.
In the global bullion market, gold rose by $35, reaching $3,975 per ounce.
Following the upward trend in the international market, local gold prices in Pakistan also increased, with the price per tola rising by Rs 3,500 to reach Rs 419,862.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold climbed by Rs 3,000, now standing at Rs 359,963.
It is worth noting that on Tuesday, gold prices had witnessed a sharp decline of Rs 14,000 per tola, bringing the rate down to Rs 416,862.
Meanwhile, silver prices also increased, with the price per tola rising by Rs 110 to reach Rs 5,034.
