Gold and Silver Prices Surge for Second Consecutive Day in Global and Local Markets

Gold and silver prices recorded significant increases for the second straight day on Tuesday in both international and domestic markets.

In the global bullion market, gold rose by $59, reaching $4,134 per ounce.

Following the jump in international prices, the domestic market also saw major gains:

  • Gold per tola surged by Rs 5,900, reaching Rs 435,762.
  • 10-gram gold increased by Rs 5,065, rising to Rs 373,595.

It is worth noting that on Monday, the price of gold had already climbed sharply by Rs 7,400 per tola, touching Rs 429,862.

Meanwhile, silver prices also increased, with per tola silver rising by Rs 144 to reach Rs 5,353.
