Petroleum Prices Likely to Drop by Up to Rs 6.50 per Litre for the Next 15 Days

Petroleum products are expected to become cheaper by up to Rs 6.50 per litre for the next 15 days.

The initial working regarding the reduction in petroleum prices has been prepared. In the upcoming 15-day review, petrol prices may be reduced by up to Rs 3.70 per litre, while diesel prices may decrease by Rs 4.28 per litre.

Similarly, kerosene is expected to become cheaper by 73 paisas per litre, and light diesel oil by Rs 6.35 per litre. The final working on the new prices will be sent to the government on November 30, after which Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will give the final approval.
