Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited announced on Monday that after the passing of former Chairperson Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, Ruheel Mohammad has been elected as the Chairman of the PSX Board of Directors.
According to sources, the Pakistan Stock Exchange informed this through a notice issued on Monday. The notice said that Ruheel Mohammad will serve in this position for the remaining term of the board in line with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Former caretaker finance minister and former Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan, Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, passed away last month at the age of 70.
